Collins Re-Onboarding — Launcher

One page that explains the plan in plain English and links every related document. Built July 23, 2026.

Standing rule: nothing on this page gets sent to Collins — no email, no Slack, no access — until Akash gives an explicit go. Everything here is staged.

The story in 60 seconds (zero context needed)

The 6 systems Collins builds & runs

  1. B2B sales engine — per channel: analyze the full scope of the relationship with each prospect, then draft the next message in Akash's voice. Rails mostly built (CRM journey timeline + inbox reco engine).
  2. B2C chatbot engine — the same thing at homeowner level: the bot that turns homeowners into qualified leads for clients. Live today; Collins operates and improves it.
  3. B2B marketing copy engine — draft copy for every channel and placement: ad headline, caption, creative, and landing-page headline — each informed by full context, what's already been tested, and aligned to the specific hook and angle. Then test and deploy.
  4. B2C marketing copy — video transcripts, captions, and ad headlines for client campaigns. Same discipline, homeowner-facing.
  5. Onboarding automation — compress sales call → launch. Core metrics: time-to-launch and time-to-first-lead (goal: first lead delivered day one, every client).
  6. Setter performance system — track every setter's numbers, listen to their sales calls, and prepare a daily training brief — so Akash has a daily coaching touchpoint with every commission-only cold caller while hiring and training.

The plan — 5 steps

  1. Akash decides — confirm the expanded scope (Collins owns metrics for all 4 engines, including setter recruiting, which was previously Akash's), reconfirm pay, then give the explicit go.
  2. Write the metric contract — one page per engine: 1 lagging metric + 2–3 leading metrics, a weekly target, the data source, and what Collins does when a number goes red. This document IS the job description.
  3. Refresh the onboarding pack — the existing packet, terms email, and agendas below are dated July 13–14 (pre-firing). They get updated to the new scope before anything is sent.
  4. Set the rhythm — a daily huddle (time still needs picking, Eastern ↔ Philippines), an end-of-day numbers report in Slack #daily-reports, Monday predictions + Friday actuals on the scorecard.
  5. Week-1 ramp — days 1–2 he shadows the engines read-only; days 3–5 he runs the daily loops with review at huddle; end of week he owns the numbers and Akash stops looking at anything but appointments + runway.

Akash's 3 decision gates

1. Scope: confirm Collins owns leading + lagging metrics for Marketing, Delivery, Setter Recruitment, and Client Experience. (This changes the July-22 org model, where setter recruiting was Akash's.)
2. Pay: the old $250/week arrangement was cancelled at the July-18 firing. Reconfirm or revise before the terms email is rewritten.
3. Go: explicit permission to contact Collins. Until then, nothing sends.

Deliverables — onboarding pack dated Jul 13–14 · refresh before sending

These were built for the first onboarding. Content is solid but pre-dates the firing and the new metrics scope — all get a v2 pass before anything reaches Collins.
