State of play

Offer accepted verbally on the Jul 13 call. Terms agreed: $1,000/mo, paid weekly at $250/week (switch to bi-weekly later), ~20 hrs/wk for the first month, ramp toward full-time in ~a month if it's working. Start Jul 14. He reviews everything you send "later today."
Still to send: the terms-confirmation + access email (no longer an offer) and the packet link. He WhatsApps you the Gmail to invite.
His board, vision handoff, and 6-week plan were all realigned today to the new focus: daily production machine + automated sales, with automated client onboarding as his first build.

Today — the sends (only you can do these)

2. Attach/link his docs: the Builder Vision Handoff, the Start Plan, and the board. (Redeploy the team-site so today's board changes are live before he opens it.)

Your standing cadence after he starts

Daily 1–2 PM meeting with Collins during the part-time ramp — scoreboard read, yesterday, today's plan, his batched decisions, and your taste-pass. This is where his judgment gets calibrated. Friday: 5-day proof review. As things settle, the meeting can drop to a few days a week.
Steady state: weekly review — the bar: approve projections, react to misses, flip spend on staged ads that pass.
Always yours: spend/activation, all sends to prospects and clients, hiring/firing, your face/voice, the close.
Day-30 trial checkpoint: 3+ hours/week removed from you by week 4 · 1–2 recurring jobs automated per week · daily slate shipping without his hands. Hit = convert and ramp comp; miss = decide with data.
