Collins Onboarding · St. Pierre Digital
Objective
The ordered path through Akash's docs — what to read, in what order, and why each one matters to you.
Why it matters
Read before you build. Everything you produce must match what's already locked here.
You need to
Read Day-1 list before you touch anything. Week-1 list over your first days. Reference on demand.
Your job
Creative production + onboarding automation
Five docs. Read these before you open anything else or build a thing.
The source of truth for what the company is and where all 7 systems stand today. Read this first — it frames everything else and tells you what "the machine" you're running actually is.
Your mission in one line + the daily slate. What you ship every day (newsletter, posts, AI-UGC video, carousel, statics) and the week-by-week path. This is your day-to-day.
How the day runs: the huddle, the scoreboard you're measured on, and the end-of-day report. Pairs with your Slack guide.
The one-page brand + offer lock. The positioning, the audience, the proof, the offer. Every reel, post, and page you make has to match this. If a claim isn't here, don't use it.
The binding content playbook. Format specs, the voice, the CTA rule, and the only pricing allowed to appear in content. This is the rulebook for everything you produce.
The working detail behind the daily slate and your first build.
How St. Pierre's own ad tests run each day: production → staged pack → verdicts → act. The ads half of the machine you keep fed.
Plain-English map of the content-engine stack — what exists, what's test-only, what's held. Read it so you run the current engine instead of rebuilding one.
Proven opening lines, filtered to the locked voice and current offer. Grab a hook here for any reel, static, or email instead of writing cold.
The recurring "shows" the content engine produces. Tells you the format and job of each piece you're fanning out.
The locked strings and forbidden strings for the funnel copy. Machine-readable guardrails — check it so nothing off-brand slips into an asset.
Background for your first build. The steps a signed client goes through — FB page, GHL subaccount, bot, lead delivery. Your job is to automate this flow. (Akash's full build SOW is being finalized separately — ask for it in the 1–2 PM hour.)
What each niche code means and how bot + ads differ per niche. All reporting is niche-split, so onboarding automation has to know the niche.
Don't read cover to cover. Open these when the task calls for it.
The live LP that matches ad message to headline. Look here when a build touches the funnel's front door.
The team site — SOPs, pipelines, the builder board with your cards. Your board lives here once access is on (team.stpierre.ai).
The client-ops SOPs — bot flows, approval gates, campaign checklists. Reference when your automation has to match how the team actually runs a client.
The production-volume target and how one recording fans out into many pieces. Context for why the slate is what it is.
How reels should look and feel. Grab it when you're producing or QA-ing video.
The index for your whole packet. Note: the 06-30 files in it are the old content-operator framing — kept for history; the 07-13 docs above win.
