Objective
Which 5 channels to use, what goes in each, and how to run your day on Slack.
Why it matters
The work is managed on Slack, not in DMs. Post in the right place and nothing gets lost.
You need to
Read once (5 min). Post your first EOD report at 4 PM on day 1.

The whole thing in one line
Five channels. One idea per message. A short report every day at 4 PM. That's it.
1 · The five channels use these
Post to the channel that matches what you're saying. One message = one idea.
| Channel | What goes in it | ID |
| #client-onboarding |
A signed client going from paperwork to live. One thread per client — keep every step of that client in its thread. |
C0BH331S126 |
| #call-ins |
Inbound leads and calls as they come in. The intake rail — new lead shows up, it lands here. |
C0BH50EFYDP |
| #daily-reports |
Your 4 PM end-of-day report. Nothing else. One report per day. |
C0BH6Q61UBE |
| #notes |
Running notes and thinking out loud. One idea per message so each is easy to find later. |
C0BGZPMC421 |
| #documents |
Every doc that matters — a build, a plan, a finished asset. One message per doc, with a one-line "what this is." |

Legacy channels — ignore them
Older channels from the EyeFly era are still in the workspace. If a channel is not one of the five above, you can ignore it. When unsure where something goes, ask in #notes.
Where does this go? — quick examples reference
- New client signed, need to spin up their setup → thread in #client-onboarding
- A lead just filled the form / called in → #call-ins
- You finished a carousel / a newsletter draft / an automation → link it in #documents
- An idea for a better hook, or a question you don't need answered today → #notes
- Your wrap-up for the day → #daily-reports at 4 PM
2 · The daily rhythm follow this
Three blocks, every working day:
| Time | Block | What happens |
| 1–2 PM | Work with Akash |
Live hour together. Lock the day's priority, unblock anything, get quick answers. Come with your questions batched into one list. |
| 2–4 PM | Independent |
Heads-down. Run the slate and build. No need to check in — save it for the report. |
| 4 PM | EOD report |
Post your end-of-day report in #daily-reports. This is your log-off. See the template below. |
Rule
Batch your questions for the 1–2 PM hour instead of pinging through the day. If something is truly blocking, drop it in #notes and keep moving.
3 · The EOD report every day, 4 PM
Four short sections. Bullets, not paragraphs. Link the proof.
- Shipped — what you finished today, with links.
- Blocked — what you couldn't move, and what you need to unblock it.
- Tomorrow — the one priority + the plan for tomorrow.
- Flags — anything Akash should know: a risk, a decision needed, a question. "None" is a fine answer.

Why this format
Your 4 PM report is Akash's morning read. If it's clear, he answers your questions and clears your blocks before your next day starts — so you never wait a full day on him.
