Hey Collins,

Great to lock this in on the call. Here are the terms we agreed, in writing:

- $1,000/month, paid weekly at $250/week (we can switch to bi-weekly later)
- Part-time, about 20 hours/week for the first month
- We ramp toward full-time in about a month if it's working
- Start date: Tuesday, July 14

How the day runs (part-time ramp):
- 1–2 PM: you and I meet live every day
- 2–4 PM: your focused build time
- 4 PM: you post a short end-of-day report in Slack (#daily-reports)

One thing to nail down: you're on Philippines time, so let's confirm at
kickoff whose clock that 1 PM is on, so we're never off by a day.

Your first build once you're set up: the automated client-onboarding
system (our customer database plus an AI helper). I'll walk you through
it on the kickoff call.

A few ground rules:
- Access comes through invites and seats (GitHub, Slack, Google Drive,
  our customer database, Meta) — never shared passwords.
- You have full say on HOW you make things. You told me you'd rather cut
  video by hand in CapCut than lean on AI, and that's fine. We only build
  an AI template when the exact same template repeats a lot — six hours
  once beats thirty minutes every day.
- Anything public, sent to people, or tied to ad spend needs my OK first.

To get you set up, reply (or WhatsApp me) with:

1. The Gmail address I should use for your invites
2. Your GitHub username
3. Your working hours and time zone, so we can confirm the 1 PM meeting
4. A short 24-hour plan: what you'll set up first, where your work will
   live, and what you'll ship first

Once I have 1–3, invites go out and we book the 20-minute kickoff.
