Outbound Cold Caller Recruitment + Sales System implementation scope of work · 2026-07-12 · execution-ready

Objective

Build one truthful, measurable system that recruits, tests, ramps, and manages outbound cold callers.

Why it matters

Add reliable outbound capacity without turning Akash into the caller, recruiter, or daily traffic controller.

You need to

Confirm three defaults, then start Phase 0 — 5 min.

Project home

P-1364 · Build the GHL sales and CRM system · Cashflow

Build four connected systems, not another set of documents.Recruiting pipeline → paid trial → two-week ramp → live outbound pipeline. Existing assets are reused and corrected; GHL remains the operating front end and n8n handles event-driven automation.
80/20 boundaryShip the truthful call flow, clean list, stage logging, and coaching loop first. Defer fancy portals, AI objection handling, and multi-channel prospecting.
Confirm the three launch defaults needs you
Hiring model: run 2–3 candidates through the same $85 paid trial; advance no more than two into a two-week supervised ramp.
Ramp compensation: month 1 base of $1,000 plus $25 per qualified $1 start and $250 when that account becomes a live $975/week client. Reprice after 500 dials and one full downstream cohort.
Sales motion: truthful opener → permission to send the two-minute video → same-day callback → scripted $1 start → build/booking handoff. No fake referrals, hidden sales intent, or invented scarcity.

Action: reply “start Phase 0” to execute these defaults, or name the one default to change. This SOW itself does not contact candidates or prospects.

Business outcome

Definition of done

  1. The recruiting pipeline is live with the fields, stages, rubric, templates, and audit trail in this SOW.
  2. At least two candidates complete the same paid trial, producing an evidence-backed advance/bench/cut decision.
  3. At least one advancing caller completes a supervised live block and a two-week keep/extend/cut review.
  4. The outbound sales pipeline records every approved lead, dial, disposition, recording, follow-up, video event, $1 start, booking, and live-client outcome.
  5. Scripted sales texts run automatically only when their exact trigger and recipient are verified; DND/STOP/manual-hold/quiet-hour safeguards pass.
  6. Scorecard totals reconcile to raw events, rollback is documented, and no Slack dependency remains.
Use the existing assets; fix the drift no action

Important split: recruiting messages and offers are Akash-owned sends. Approved deterministic sales texts in the contractor funnel are automated. The implementation must not merge those policies.

Phone presence / spoken English3.0Clear, warm, concise, and controls the call without aggression.
Follows a script but adapts2.0Preserves the flow while responding naturally.
Volume tolerance2.0Evidence of consistent repetitive output and clean tracking.

★ Never pay solely on raw dials or bookings. Use a stable ramp base plus qualified-start and downstream-quality bonuses so volume does not reward bad-fit or deceptive behavior.
