Collins — full-time builder plan

Current as of July 22, 2026 (evening) · Collins is the Builder — he operates the four engines and keeps them producing daily. Akash casts the vision and clears the gates; Collins owns execution and proof. · Living doc — updated against the Sprint 5 board and brain signal 1659.

The Builder's job: keep the four engines producing every day, and surface exactly what only Akash can unblock.
Sales and Client Experience are Akash's human lanes. Marketing and Delivery are the creative lanes — a fresh pack of ad sets, B2B and B2C, produced daily through the approval gate.
RoleThe Builder — manages and operates the four engines; reinstated Jul-22 (supersedes the Jul-18 firing)
OwnsDaily engine output + the rails/watchdogs that run them, tested and proven
Weekly number the engines feed27 creatives launched (B2B + B2C)
CommsAkash ↔ Collins via Slack · contact ban still active: the systems send Collins nothing automatically
Reinstatement note: Collins was recorded as fired Jul-18 in brain and memory; the owner reinstated him as the Builder on Jul-22, which supersedes that record. The standing communication ban still holds — no automated message goes to Collins; all Akash ↔ Collins contact is Akash by hand via Slack.
engine 1 · marketing (B2B)A new pack of St. Pierre acquisition ad sets, every day

B2B = St. Pierre's own acquisition. Produce a fresh pack of ad sets daily, fully through the approval gate.

  • Build from the canon: transcript-to-statics templates, the creative canon check (CANON.md + canon.json + check_creatives.py), the hook registry (register before building), and the approved copy standards.
  • Every pack lands paused / draft. Nothing publishes or spends without Akash's deploy-verification approval — contact sheet + LP/ad screenshots to Akash first, every time.
  • Round 4 (27 ads, 9 niches) is built and verified but paused behind five nurture gates + deploy-verification (see the gates section). Do not activate; keep it ready for one approved status flip.
  • Submit one compact daily approval card per pack, not a folder of unexplained files.
Daily done when: one B2B pack passes the canon check and sits ready for one-click human approval.
engine 2 · delivery (B2C)A daily ad-set pack per client, run for the client

B2C = the ad engine run for clients. As clients come online, produce a daily pack per client.

  • Client #1 is Dan / Level King Pro — live DFW concrete-leveling build at ~$20/day. Complete the page, local ad, account ownership, lead routing, customer list, and measurement, and turn it into a reusable onboarding checklist for the next contractor.
  • Every live B2C test goes only to Akash's owned test phone ending 5477 until the client path is proven. No sends to real prospects without approval.
  • Keep B2B and B2C clearly labeled on every surface (the delineation audit is open — cost-per-booked-call attribution depends on it).
Daily done when: each active client has a ready-for-approval pack, and the Dan build can produce a test lead, route it, and show up in the dashboards.
engine 3 · follow-upKeep every draft fresh and correct

The follow-up engine keeps the sales send-queue stocked with current, correct drafts — it never sends.

  • The inbox reco engine drafts two next-message options + an exec summary per contact; keep it current as the CRM changes.
  • Map approved pre-call and post-call messages to the 15-stage pipeline: preparation, day-before confirmation, respectful no-show sequence, and the correct post-call follow-up tied to the recorded outcome.
  • Attach recording, transcript, summary, commitments, and next date to the right person automatically — the content moves, the send stays manual.
  • auto_send stays FALSE. Approved scripted wording only; unusual replies get a human-review draft, never an auto-fire.
Done when: a test booking gets the right prep, recording, outcome, and follow-up draft with no manual copying between systems — and nothing left the building without Akash.
engine 4 · client experienceSurface the touchpoints Akash needs to make

CX is Akash's human lane; the engine's job is to surface what needs a human touch, not to touch it.

  • Surface every client and pipeline contact due for a touchpoint that day into the CRM operating surface (journey timeline + 15-min sweep + milestone checklist).
  • Flag health risks, missed milestones, and stalled contacts so Akash's daily touchpoint SLA is easy to hit.
  • Keep the CRM the single operating surface — do not spin up a competing dashboard.
Done when: Akash opens one surface and sees every contact and client owed a touch today, with the recommended next step.
reference onlyThe rails and watchdogs that run the engines

The engines run on a self-running chain; the Builder maintains it and fixes it when it breaks.

TimeRail
6:15Plaid sync (on n8n; never re-enable the retired launchd job = double-sync)
6:31Scorecard predicted-vs-actual refresh
6:45Dashboard / surface renders (launchd)
7:30Sales call sheet
3×/dayReconciliation sweep
9:00n8n watchdog → ops_alerts → cockpit briefing

Prefer event-based triggers/webhooks over polling; loops only as thin daily reconciliation sweeps. Meta + PostHog sync rails are watchdog-monitored — edit the n8n node and the .py together. Every back-end change is ledgered with a rollback per AGENTS.md.

needs AkashOpen gates — only Akash can clear these

These are the exact unblocks that hold the machine. The Builder keeps everything ready so each is a ~30-minute action for Akash. Six parallel critical paths map to brain signal 1659.

  1. Restore ad delivery (CP1). SP spend went $109→$59→$0/day; root-caused to the R2 campaign pause on Jul-20 at 9:26 AM. The account is healthy — restart is one approved status flip. This unblocks Round 4 going live.
  2. Clear the 5 nurture gates + deploy-verification (CP1). R4 is gated on G-1 email-domain warmup, G-2 SMS ladder, G-3 Todd/John texts, G-5 LLC status, G-6 deck link — plus contact-sheet + screenshots to Akash before anything activates.
  3. Facebook dataset fix + 3-lead back-credit (CP2). Akash is mid-way through dataset creation; the window to re-credit and resend the 3 lost DFW leads closes in days.
  4. Dan day-7 conversion (CP3). ~Jul 28–29. Builder pre-builds the leads-delivered proof pack; Akash confirms the ZIP boundary and gets the DripJobs API key.
  5. Meta App Review submit before Jul-25 (CP5). Canary ends Jul-25; needs Akash's Chrome + passcode + Submit; n8n server-country check outstanding.

★ CP4 (manual sales → first close) and CP6 (internal hardening, no Akash gates) round out the six paths. Akash's total unblock time across CP1/CP4/CP5 is about 30 minutes.

reference onlyWeekly SLAs and how the Builder works
  • Weekly: 27 creatives launched (B2B + B2C) fed to the approval gate; the daily follow-up drafts kept fresh; CX touchpoints surfaced daily; the rail chain green on the watchdog.
  • One branch or isolated work area per assignment; one vision brief, one owner, one completion test, one rollback plan per project.
  • Ship one tested working slice at a time; prove it before opening the next. Fifteen-minute daily huddle + short end-of-day handoff to Akash.
  • Make reversible technical decisions inside approved boundaries; escalate anything public, spending, sending, or irreversible to Akash.
no actionWhat the Builder must not do
  • Do not publish ads, spend money, contact humans as Akash, or change account permissions without the required human decision.
  • Do not flip auto_send on. Approved scripted messages may draft; unusual replies stay human-reviewed. Nothing sends to a lead, client, or team member automatically.
  • Do not activate Round 4 or any paused delivery object — that is Akash's status flip after the gates clear.
  • Do not touch EyeFly anything, the client chatbots / "I'm a real person" line, or the live Typeform j4wHbfWD.
  • Do not build another command center, Meta dashboard, or sales dashboard; the CRM and existing dashboards are the surfaces.
  • Do not re-enable the retired Plaid launchd job (double-sync), and do not reopen retired Collins tasks — create fresh assignments against the new role.

Org trio (owner directive, Jul-22 PM): Akash — full-time sales, owns qualified appointments booked (see the full-time sales plan). Collins — the Builder, operates the four engines (reinstated Jul-22; contact ban active). Victor — an AI agent on the team; role not yet defined in brain or the workspace (the name currently appears only as a legacy internal ops/dashboard codename), left to the org-docs agent to define. Business = 4 core functions: Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Client Experience; everything else is support. Cross-links: sales plan · Sprint 5 operating system.
