Akash — full-time sales plan

Current as of July 22, 2026 (evening) · Akash is full-time on sales. He owns the relationships and the number; the systems support him. · Living doc — updated against the Sprint 5 board and brain signal 1659.

The one metric Akash owns: qualified appointments booked.
Everything below exists to move that number. Not calls made, not messages sent, not content posted — booked, qualified appointments with real prospects.
RoleFull-time salesperson and founder — sets the offer, sets the standard, closes, hires setters
Owns the numberQualified appointments booked (weekly target: 2)
Sales modeManual for the next few weeks — every send goes out by hand from the approve-to-send queue

reference onlyWhere things actually stand today
  • Dan (Level King Pro) = client #1. On a 7-day trial with a live DFW concrete-leveling build (ads ~$20/day). The day-7 conversion conversation lands about July 28–29 — the highest-leverage hour of the week. The comment→DM→qualify→handoff path is already proven on lead Richard. A leads-delivered proof pack is being pre-built for that call. Open items Akash still clears: confirm the ZIP boundary and get the DripJobs API key.
  • Honest pipeline this week: 5 real contacts, 1 booked call (Dan), 0 closes, $0 St. Pierre revenue. Cost-per-booked-call ~$294 (pending the B2B/B2C delineation audit). Business cash ~$2,659.
  • The $31,450 MRR on the scorecard is the EyeFly book, pending Akash's ruling — it is not St. Pierre revenue and should never be counted as St. Pierre sales track record. Pre-Jul-22 funnel metrics are quarantined; the 733 EyeFly appointments are permanently split out.
  • Sales is manual mode (owner directive, Jul-22 PM). All prospect messages are drafted for Akash and sent by hand from the approve-to-send queue. Nothing auto-sends to a lead, client, or team member.

★ Weekly targets (owner-approved, tracked on the scorecard): 27 creatives launched, 2 qualified booked calls, 1 show-up, 1 close. Creatives are the Builder's number; booked calls, show-ups, and the close are Akash's.

the numberDaily touchpoint SLA — every pipeline contact and client, every day

The core sales discipline: every active pipeline contact and every client gets a human touchpoint or a dated next step every weekday. No real prospect sits in the CRM without an owner, a next action, and a date.

  • Open the CRM journey timeline first. Clear every due follow-up before opening a new list or new leads.
  • Fresh qualified leads get a human response within five minutes whenever Akash or a setter is available (the comment→DM→qualify path).
  • Every contact is marked active, not active, or waiting-for-a-dated-step. Nothing stays blank.
  • Make at least two direct asks each sales day: book, decide, pay, or refer.
  • Todd and John: drafts are ready — Akash sends by hand. Todd is phone-only (his text history ends in STOP; voice call only, no texts).
Done each day when: every active prospect and client has been touched or has a dated next step, due follow-ups are cleared, and Dan's day-7 proof track is one step further along.
needs youThe manual send-queue workflow

Until the owner lifts manual mode, this is how every outbound message goes out:

  1. The inbox reco engine drafts two next-message options plus an exec summary for each contact.
  2. Akash reviews, edits if needed, and approves in the composer.
  3. The guarded composer rail sends the approved message (SMS / iMessage-CRM-sim toggle). auto_send stays FALSE. No message reaches a human without Akash's explicit approval on that specific message.
  4. Log the outcome and set the next dated step on the contact.
Hard rule: nothing sends to any lead, client, or team member automatically. Approved scripted wording only; any unusual reply gets a fresh draft for human review — it never auto-fires.
reference onlyThe 7 call types + the trainer

The sales trainer now covers all seven call types — Akash uses it to prep before each call and to review recordings after. The trainer turns real objections and real call segments into reusable practice.

  • Prep the specific call type before every booked call (discovery, day-7 conversion like Dan's, closing, etc.).
  • Save useful recordings; feed real objections and confusing phrases back into the trainer as examples.
  • Review one call segment a day and coach one behavior at a time — for yourself now, for setters once they are live.

The trainer is a sales-support system. It does not replace the conversation or the ask.

needs youOutbound lanes — SMS, email, personalized (drafts-only until approved)

Akash owns outbound as well as inbound: personalized SMS, email, and hand-built lead gen. All of it is drafts-only under manual mode.

  • Personalized outbound is written per prospect, reviewed, and sent by hand from the queue — never blasted, never auto-generated-and-sent.
  • Email lane stays paused until the warmed inboxes are re-checked healthy on the day of a pilot.
  • Warm text goes only to people who gave permission. Raw cold texting stays off.
  • Use the existing researched company list for founder-led calling; do not order more research before testing what exists.
Done when: outbound produces dated next steps and booked calls, not message volume. Empty activity does not count.
needs youSetter recruiting — a new batch every week

Akash recruits and certifies commissioned setters, a new batch each week. Another agent is building the setter-pipeline skeleton (recruiting system, scorecard, job post, application questions, interview guide, audition, training, quizzes, certification, first-day checklist, supervised pilot) — reference and use that package rather than rebuilding it. It follows the pattern in the earlier builder/SDR onboarding work.

  • Akash reviews the best candidates and runs the final live audition himself — hiring judgment stays with him.
  • A setter must pass the offer quiz, pitch practice, objection practice, system-use test, and a supervised call before touching a live list.
  • Hire on a short trial with a clear activity and quality standard, not a vague "sales assistant."
  • Certified setters carry the same daily touchpoint SLA and manual-send rules; they never get auto-send.
The Builder ships the setter recruiting/training system. Akash provides the pitch source material, judges candidates, and certifies. Akash does not build the system himself.

no actionWhat Akash does NOT do
  • Building. The four engines (B2B ads, B2C ads, follow-up automation, CX surfacing) belong to Collins, the Builder. See the full-time builder plan.
  • Do not build another sales dashboard or rewrite the strategy before working the pipeline that exists.
  • Do not flip auto_send on, or let any message reach a human without hand-approval.
  • Do not give a new setter a large list before a supervised pilot.
  • Do not count EyeFly's $31,450 book as St. Pierre sales, and do not let content or recruiting become a substitute for asking current prospects to buy.

Org trio (owner directive, Jul-22 PM): Akash — full-time sales, owns qualified appointments booked, runs outbound + weekly setter recruiting. Collins — the Builder, operates the four engines (reinstated Jul-22, superseding the Jul-18 firing; the contact ban still holds — no messages to Collins from the systems). Victor — an AI agent on the team; role not yet defined in brain or the workspace (the name currently appears only as a legacy internal ops/dashboard codename), left to the org-docs agent to define. Comms: Akash ↔ Collins via Slack. Cross-links: builder plan · Sprint 5 operating system.
