The first milestone (per the 07-13 refocus): five straight days of the full daily slate shipped by hand + a hand-back on what to automate first — see the Start Plan. (The old single-clip publish-pack proof is retired.)
Use the current engine: Remotion, the canonical publish pack, the content registry, and the existing St. Pierre docs.
Do not rebuild from Collins' Vercel plan. His portfolio proves technical ability; it is not the roadmap.
